ZYLO Medical Transport was founded by three brothers — Aleem, Caleb, and Malek Mims — a family rooted right here in the Lehigh Valley. Aleem, the eldest, is a Hampton University graduate and serial entrepreneur who brings years of business ownership experience to his role as President and visionary of ZYLO. Caleb and Malek — both former Morning Call and Express Times Co-Basketball Players of the Year — bring that same championship work ethic to every ride they provide. Together they saw seniors missing appointments, patients with no reliable options, and families left worrying. They built ZYLO to fix that. Every vehicle is ADA-compliant, GPS-tracked, and operated by trained professionals who treat every rider with dignity and respect. This is a family that shows up — for their community, and for every rider they serve.
