There's a moment a lot of families know but don't talk about enough — the moment you realize someone you love can't get where they need to go.

Maybe it's a parent who needs dialysis three times a week but doesn't drive anymore. Maybe it's a neighbor who uses a wheelchair and can't fit in a standard car. Maybe it's an elderly patient being discharged from a hospital with nowhere to turn because the only options are too expensive, too unreliable, or just not built for them.

That gap is real. And it's why ZYLO exists.

A Family Business Built on a Real Problem

ZYLO Medical Transport was founded by three brothers — Aleem, Caleb, and Malek Mims — right here in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. We're not a national company that parachuted into the Lehigh Valley. We grew up here. This is our community.

We started ZYLO because we saw firsthand how hard it is for people who need wheelchair transportation or senior transportation to find a provider they can actually count on. The options were limited. The service was inconsistent. And the people who needed help the most were falling through the cracks.

So we built something better.
